Activists occupy the Ministry of Justice to protest against transphobic measures to segregate incarcerated trans women
We’re occupying the ministry of justice to show them that we won’t stand idly by while they expose incarcerated trans women to vast amounts of violence and isolation. We won’t let them demonise us as monsters from which other women need to be protected. We want them to know that we hold them personally responsible for any and all deaths of trans women in prison and and state custody. Death in prison is state-sanctioned murder!
